Happy St Patrick’s Day to you! 

I’ll tell you what I won’t be doing today and that is going to a bar and drinking green beer.  Yuck.

I will, however be drinking an amazingly nourishing green smoothie – full of nutrients and flavour.

Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup spinach
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup broccoli
1 scoop Sunwarrior protein powder
Ice and liquid as desired

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
2. Pour into beer glass and enjoy

hmm sounds like a great smoothie. I love adding frozen cherries to sweeten it up. and I like to add some flax or chia seeds for extra nutrition :)

I too will be celebrating with a delish green smothie! I started my day with 2 shots of wheatgrass too :-)

Your smoothie looks amazing, Mango and pineapple! I need to get some frozen mango now!

I love this!!! Green Smoothies are so much better for you than any of that beer stuff. :)
