Does an apple a day keep the doctor away?
What about concentrated apple peel powder?
Introducing AppleBoost, the little scoop with the big punch!

AppleBoost is a superfood supplement powder made from the skins of dried apples. Apple peels are a rich source of phytonutrients, particularly quercetin. A flavonoid, quercetin acts as an antioxidant protecting the body from free radicals which contribute to disease, inflammation and the aging process. Ursolic acid, another compound found in the peels of apples has been shown to prevent muscle weakening.
Typically, the processing of food can decrease the nutrient content however Cornell University research Rui Hai Liu, Ph. D, found a way to dry and mill the peels to keep the nutrients intake and are actually more powerful in this concentrated form.
Another big plus for me are all apples from AppleBoost are organic and come from Leahy Orchards which selects apples from Quebec, Ontario and New York State meaning they support local businesses.
My friends at Borden Communications + Design gave me AppleBoost to try out and I must say I love it. The flavour is mild and there is quite the bang for your buck that you get in such a small scoop. With all the supplements on the market, it can be hard to distinguish which are legit, but AppleBoost is a product I trust.
AppleBoost may be purchased on online here.
